Applesbury School Gbagada is a neighborhood school that has served people in and around Gbagada for almost 2 decades.
We pride ourselves in delivering education in the most appealing manner to children ages 0 through 11, by tailoring learning to their specific developmental stages.
Our all encompassing curriculum presents a gateway to the world, while the rich extra curricula activities further prepare our pupils with more opportunities to thrive in our ever evolving world.
The Beginning:
Applesbury began with a vision of a unique environment different from the usual, where children are given the opportunity to express themselves through play while true learning is taking place.
Our doors opened to 10 children on September 22, 2003 in a three bed apartment of the founder. Parents who began to see the difference in our approach to engaing children spread the news to others and we have continued to grow to serve more families.

Not only are our employees qualified, they are constantly trained on standard practices every term.
We have great team leaders who ensure our standards are upheld and consistently pull other team members along to leave no gaps as far as expectations.
The Future
We see a future where our pupils become problem solvers, by applying knowledge and skills learned to their immediate environment.
We also will be plugging into education without walls, to provide lessons to pupils who are limited by distance, using technology.
